Exhaust Manifolds

     We can repair most exhaust manifolds cheaper than you can replace them. If it has a bolt or stud broken off it is not a problem. We can usually remove any broken bolt. If someone has broken a drill bit or EZ - out into the bolt or stud this is also not a problem.

    Exhaust manifolds usually warp from heat cycling. While the manifold is off it is a good idea to resurface it.

    If your exhaust manifold has a crack, we can weld the crack with a nickel flux powder. This technique is specially designed for cast iron welding.
